The New York Harp Duo
Liza Jensen and Jasmin B. Cowin perform successfully as a multi faceted duo for elegant events. They offer the following combinations: 2 Celtic harps, Celtic harp and flute, two pedal harps, pedal harp and Celtic harp, pedal harp and flute, Celtic or pedal harp and storytelling.These combinations enable them to offer a wide variety of music from classical to entertainment music from any century and style.
As experienced performers they have a strong code of work ethic and professionalism. Clients are able to choose their repertoire and any instrumental combination they desire. Because of the nature of their instruments, they are self-contained and are able to accommodate clients by setting up wherever it is convenient for them.

Jasmin B. Cowin, Ed.D., harpist, graduate of the Musikhochschule Karlsruhe, Germany and Teachers College/Columbia University, former Fulbright Scholar. Currently, lecturer at Hunter College, Continuing Education Department and various libraries for opera history and music appreciation, guest lecturer for the Opera Company of Brooklyn.
Liza Jensen, a natural teacher and talented performer on both flute and harp with more than 15 years experience. Manager for Harps-International, the only harp showroom in New York State. One of the few women in the world to work on harps and the only woman harp technician to be invited by Jakez Francois, president of the most innovative harp manufacturer in the world, Camac Harps, and have the honor of being an American representative and warranty repair service.
